Shrimp is relatively low in calories though it does contain a high level of cholesterol, shrimp contains both omega 6 fatty acids and omega 3 fatty acids important for immune and brain health.  Packed with vital minerals, vitamins and only 60 calories in one 3 ounce serving. 
Roasting Shrimp Instructions
1.)Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2.)Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray
3.)Place the shrimp with the shell on or peeled on the prepared baking sheet in one single layer
4.) Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the shrimp until cooked through and the shrimp turn pink. 6-8 minutes cooking time.
5.) Allow the shrimp to cool then place in the refrigerator
Cocktail Sauce Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
2 packets of Splenda Sweetener
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon squeezed
2 dashes Tabasco sauce to desired taste 
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill
Serve shrimp cocktail in individual servings in a cocktail glass, individual spoons or place shrimp around a bowl with the cocktail sauce in the middle of the bowl.

Healthy Deviled Eggs
12 Servings/ Preparation time 20 minutes/ calories 135 each
Eggs have 70 calories each including 7 grams of high-quality protein, 1.6 grams of saturated fat, 5 grams of fat,  The egg is a powerhouse of nutrients vitamins iron and minerals the body can use to fight disease.  These healthy holiday recipes are perfect for serving at a table or buffet.
Ingredients
12 eggs
1/2 cup Kraft mayonnaise with olive oil
2 tablespoons mustard of choice
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of ground black pepper
Sprinkle paprika if desired 
Instructions
1.) Fill one large pot with water.
2.) Add on dozen eggs
3.) Place the pot on top of the stove on high heat
4.) Bring the water up to a boil and cover.
5.) Turn the heat off leaving the eggs to cook in the covered pot undisturbed for 10 minutes.  Eggs should cook perfectly.
6.) drain the cooked eggs and run under cool water.
7.) Peel each egg and place on a clean paper towel to drain.
8.) Cut the eggs in half.
9.) place the yolk of the eggs in a bowl saving the egg whites on a dish.
10.) Add the other ingredients healthy mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper

Roasted Glazed Chicken Kabobs
Serves 4/ Preparation Time 60 minutes/ Calories  360
Healthy holiday recipes roasted glazed chicken kabobs with low-calorie glaze is easy to prepare and perfect for any celebration. One whole chicken breast is approximately 231 calories and will be cut into long strips for this recipe or save time using already cut long chicken tenders.
Ingredients
3 whole organic chicken breasts cut into slices 1-inch wide x 5 inches long
8 ounces of sugar-free pineapple
3/4 teaspoon ginger
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Splenda brown sweetener
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
1.) Soak wooden skewers in warm water to prevent burning during the cooking process
2.) Debone and cut chicken breast into long slices 
3.) Add ingredients to a large bowl pineapple, garlic powder, ginger, Splenda brown sweeter, olive oil, salt.  Mix to combine.
4.) Add the chicken tenders to the liquid covering each piece of chicken with the marinade.  Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.  Marinate the chicken for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
5.) Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray
6.) Thread each skewer with a piece of chicken on the kabob on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
7.) Preheat to oven to 400 degrees F
8.) Place the baking sheet in the oven to bake the kabobs for 10 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
or grill kabobs until done if desired.
Serve on a platter for entertaining family and friends will enjoy this tasty recipe.
