One 180 pound person cycling for 60 minutes can burn off 617 calories while a 180 pound person cycling on a home trainer for 60 minutes can burn off 720 calories using interval training sessions. A 180 pound person mountain biking on rough terrain at an average speed for 60 minutes can burn off 686 calories per workout.
