A yoga workout helps reduce stress levels through techniques like pranayama or breathing exercises reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, lowering blood pressure, restoring physical energy, reducing pain and relaxing muscles all while toning the entire body.  Practicing stress reduction builds resilience against future stress enabling improved concentration and better focus of the mind.  Blocking out external distractions help maintain productivity without feeling overwhelmed in the moment.  Yoga workout enhances cognitive functioning reducing stress promoting wellness, focus and clarity essential components of success in any venture.
