Tea Promotes Good Health

Tea is found in almost 80% of US.households served hot or cold over ice as a refreshing zero calorie beverage. Approximately 70-80 percent tea consumption in America is iced and provides a healthy alternative to diet beverages tea is loaded with nutritional value,a restorative beverage low in caffeine containing no sodium, carbohydrates or fat.  According to the Tea Association of the United States, 84% of the population consume black tea in 2018 for its distinctive flavor. 159 million Americans consume tea throughout the day as a preferred beverage of choice.

In 2029 tea green and black tea imports reached 260 million pounds as specialty teas continued in growth appealing to consumers a favored beverage. Research from the international Scientific community findings reveals tea is a credible source of healthy properties. Black tea is shown to be a vasodilator that promotes dilation of blood vessels and smooth muscle relaxant. Recent studies suggest people who drink 3 or more cups of black tea per day significantly reduce risks of heart disease and stroke reducing cardiovascular events. Drinking tea increases mental clarity, alleviates mood, and work performance alertness. 

Matcha Tea Calming Effects

Drinking Matcha tea has a long history of being used for various medicinal purposes and can reduce anxiety.  Calming effects are due to mechanisms that activate serotonin 5-HT 1A receptors and Dopamine D1 helping people relax, treat skin conditions and prevent obesity. Black tea is a type of tea more oxidized than oolong, green, and white teas, containing flavonoids synthesized by plants. All four types are made from the shrub camellia two varieties are cultivated for the small leaves then dried and processed for tea. The amino acid L-theanine has been shown to directly affect areas of the brain that control attention and the ability to solve complex problems. Findings suggest tea compound L-theanine works in synergy with caffeine positively affecting task related performance plays a role in attention processing.

According to the CDC Center of disease control, approximately 600,000 people die each year of cardiovascular disease in the US each year making it one out of four deaths. There are several ways to help prevent the disease including diet and regular exercise maintaining the integrity of the circulatory system naturally. Recent clinical studies reinforced evidence of tea heart health benefits attributed to polyphenols compounds found in green and black tea.
