Healthy Smoothies for Weight Loss and Increased Energy

Slimming Kale and Spinach Smoothie

This delicious recipe is sure to please with these organic vegetables and fruit juice.  You will need to invest in a good blender such as a Magic Bullet Blender, Ninja Mega Kitchen System, Oster high-speed blender, Nutri bullet high-speed blender smoothie maker.

Ingredients
1 cup Kale (Remove Stems and discard)
