Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened chocolate chips

Directions
1.) Melt 2 cups of chopped sugar free chocolate to a glass mixing bowl.  Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds.  Stir the chocolate with a spatula.  Place the chocolate back in the microwave for 15 seconds to melt the mixture.  Repeat the process until the chocolate is fully melted.  

If you do not have a microwave, make a double boiler by adding 1 cup of water into a saucepan.  Place the glass bowl with chocolate on top of the pan.  Bring the water up to a simmer.  Melt the chocolate on top of the double boiler then proceed with the recipe.  

2.) Add the sugar free maple syrup or Stevia sugar substitute and melted coconut oil to the melted chocolate. Mix to combine.

3.) Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray to prevent the chocolate from sticking or place a silicone Silpat on top of the cookie sheet.

4.) Pour the entire bowl of chocolate onto the prepared cookie sheet.  Spread the melted chocolate evenly.

5.) Create your own special blend of healthy toppings using toasted nuts, seeds, and dried fruits using combinations tailored to suit your taste.  While the chocolate is in the liquid state sprinkle topping mixture of choice on top of the chocolate.

6.) Place the cookie sheet into the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until completely set.

7.) Remove the sugar free chocolate bark from the refrigerator and allow the mixture to become room temperature.

8.) Break the bark into serving size pieces using a clean kitchen mallet.
