Beneficial Beverage Tea
Tea has an early credible record of people drinking tea as a medicinal beverage dating to the 3rd century. Once fully mature the thea sinensis shrub can be harvested every 6-14 days depending on climate and can produce delegate tea leaves for 20-50 years. One pound of loose tea leaves will create 200 cups of tea.
According to BrandonGaille 1.42 million pounds of tea is consumed by Americans every single day. Research indicates 2 billion people will drink tea every morning around the world. Tea produced is the manner in which the leaves from the Camellia sinensis plant are dried transforming leaves for brewing. Tea is differentiated during the processing of leaves, generally processing tea leaves involves different degrees of oxidation of the leaf stopping the oxidation process in effort to form the tea then drying it.
Tea High In Antioxidants

Groups of polyphenols including catechins, theaflavins, thearubigins are types of antioxidants abundant in black tea.

Herbal teas commonly referred to as tisanes are beverages made of infusion process extracting natural chemical compounds flavorings from plant materials including edible stems, roots, bark and rhizomes during the decoction processing method using spices and herbs.
